• The property has many lovely paths and outdoor benches for relaxing.
• This Estate is Sea-Ranch-style, with high ceilings and many skylights to view the dense surrounding redwoods. It is decorated with midcentury modern furniture and displays many images and maps of the surrounding areas.
• The spacious three-level deck has plush sofas, a hammock, chairs and two dining tables with room to seat over 20.
• It has 5 bedrooms (a total of 7 beds, and 2 soft-beds) and 4 bathrooms on the main floor of the house.
• Amenities include a large hot tub in the garden for six (6), a gas-burning fire pit with seating around it for 10, a gas-burning range, and a gas-burning charcoal BBQ.
• You will enjoy the high-quality linens, wine glasses, and wine supplies, and a complete gourmet kitchen.
• In addition to a maximum of 10 guests staying overnight the city limits the number of guests visiting the Estate to five (5) during the daytime. The city also imposes a 9 PM to 8 AM quiet hour and there is no amplified sound allowed.
